Due to significant public interest, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (PCA) has extended the period for receiving public comments on their the proposed Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit. PCA issued its draft NPDES permit on July 6 and is now accepting public comments through September 5, 2009.
