Minnesota Pesticide NPDES Permit Informational Meeting

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has scheduled an informational meeting to discuss the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Pesticide General Permit and its implications for Minnesota. At the meeting, MPCA will review the significance of the federal permit, explain timelines, summarize EPA’s permit, and describe in general MPCA’s plans for a state-specific permit.
